So many things have happened this past week or so. Never had i walked a road so intense.

I pushed the face i pushed the body, i pushed down, i knee-ed the belly, i pushed with my leg on the shoulder, i scuffle and break away, i curse and swear, and i splashed the coldest water on the face. God please forgive us. To the victim please forgive us.

Muslim Scholars

Im in awe of the muslim scholars we have in the world today. Known worldwide for their staunch ideas, articulate explanations, composed demeanour, immense knowledge of the quran and hadis and other religious scriptures such as the bible and hindu holy books, and decorated professions.

There are many muslim scholars in the world, a few i would like to mention are the late Sheikh Ahmed Deedat, Harun Yahya and also Dr Zakir Naik. The former and latters knowledge of the Quran and also bible makes them supremely knowledgable. Dr Zakir Naik even came to S'pore in 1998 to give a dawah on "The Common Misconceptions of Islam".

May more such individuals arise and pass their knowledge for the benefit of society.

Damn ERP

On fri nite i was goin back home on my blue machine as i realised there was an active ERP at CTE towards AMK. I only realised a min before dat gantry after reading on the LED message board leading to it. ERP 6:30 - 10:30pm. Goddamnit. It was too little to late for me. My IU Unit was spoilt. It cant read any cashcard. So i had no choice but to just pass and it was like 10pm.
This morning as i was going for a course in Jurong, i took the BKE route and AGAIN there was a gantry sayin ERP 730-9am. and it was like 840pm when i passed. I should have updated myself with all the ERP timings in singapore as there seem to be more and more sproutin up everywhere.
Whatever is the goin on here? With the pretense of curbing the traffic and discouraging motorists not to use the expressways during those stipulated timings but actually they are rerouting those vehicles and causing congestion to other roads instead.I mean people still need to travel or go back from work rite. The traffic conditions might be better as a result but it really is minimal.
Only thing i can do now is wait for the letter for my double whammy and quietly pay the fine. Hope u guys had better luck

I hate to be out without any wax. Cant live without it. Having wavy curly hair, it would go wildd without wax.And i mean hair wax. Today sucks coz theres like a pea-size left of wax inside my Gatsby wax container.So i combed my hair down today. Now dats dat.

i just got this game on the PSP and man oh man i love it. Albeit somewhat poor rating of 6.9 in gamespot, i like it. Or mebbe i just like boxing. Watchin and playin but never actually training doin it though.

Yesterday was fun! yeah! the meets suppose to be at 11pm but 90 percent of the attendees came after 1pm. yes. that includes me.for my case, it cant be help as the person driving the car was late due to HIS fathers late arrival prior to that.
Food was good all around, i enjoyed the company of the lads and ladies, had good laughs, great talks.watched vcds like Wujud and Suster Ngesot.

Wujuds such a ripoff i tell u.Heart pain.Aniway u must be wonderin what the hell im talkin about.i went for Hari Raya Gathering.on the 3rd week.With baju kurungs.haha.19 peeps came in total.There were 5 cars.Those ex-northlanders who didnt make it....u missed the fun.Cheers to everyone and the organisers who made it a success.Hope to see all the uploaded pictures soon.

Ustaz Farukhrazi once said when someone dies in an accident, that is one of the signs that he died as a syahid. A frend of mine died in a motorcycle accident years back and he was a student of the mentioned asatizah.

If i were to die, i would want a beautiful death.Death on the way to perfoming a solat at masjid or going to a religious class.Death while protecting someone i love.Death in a war protecting my family, religion or country.Death in a fight fighting for a very noble cause.

Kids....

The best time for neighbourhood kids is during Hari Raya.Coz then their asses and pockets will be itchin for money.(hmmm asses?..well...)They will romp the neighbourhoods,preyin on doors with the typical malay feel and look, sayin they want to berhari raya.Dang....kids...what can u expect.I never did those kinda things b4, knockin on a strangers door with the pretense of hari raya but all i cared for was the green packets.

Stayin on the ground floor makes things easier for them.Sucky.Most of the times, when they were let in the house, they'd only stain the cushion covers and carpets and dirty the toilets.I get this every year during Hari Raya.Yeah i sound like a jerk..those kids didnt mind though.

Contraband

Everyday while commuting to work i will have to pass by Sungai Kadut along Woodlands Rd. This place is notoriously known for its contraband solicitors along the road. They used to wave their contraband ciggies by the sides, rush to any patronizing vehicles who stopped by the road, while somtimes ignoring oncoming vehicle and jeopardizing theirs and other peeps' lives for the sake of money.Im pissed becoz i almost knocked this Thai fella, who was standing in the center divider(while waving the cartons of ciggies)and almost made me ran over him when he tried to cross without lookin.Bugger.
More recently id reckon, raids upon raids have been conducted by the customs, with their unmistakable grey CUSTOMS van and customs officers standing the whole day at the hotspots tryin to deter these nothing-to-lose immigrants.
Albeit all that and true to the term, 'While the owner is out, the creepy crawlers/mouse became king in the house'(or somethin like dat), these Mat Kotais/Mat Indons (prolly to some infomations acquired) will be present at the road on days where there are no customs officers around.Lets say today when i passed by the road and i saw the customs officers...the next day i will see these goons waving the contrabands at the road.They always seems to know when the govt officers will not be around.

Uhh yest while riding back i saw this rider that was inches away from knocking a car ahead of him. He was riding on a straight road, i was behind him, he was looking to his left as he was staring at a lorry driver who changed lane without signalling and almost knocked the him down.As he was staring at the lorry driver, ANOTHER car changed to the rider's lane w/o him knowing. As soon as he looked infront, the rider did an amazing E-brake, the bike wabble, but luckily everythin was alright,he didnt fell and managed to brake in time. That was enough to make me shout as i never want that to happen to me.

2 weeks?

Its been a while since i blogged.I even forgot i own one.Exactly what happen to it last year till i discovered the exact same thing now early this year.

Man its less than two weeks to Raya! Usually I will be the one wiping the windows, the furniture, the fans, the floor, the whatever heck we have. I wonder how my parents would cope when im married and have my own house. Ibu said she'd get those hourly-maid for hire and make em cleanup the abode.
The Upin n Ipin video made a great hit.One of my teacher friend even showed the episodes to her class. Aniway theres like 4 episodes of this bundle of joy and all available at..youtube...where else.

Bitten

While cruising at abt 80-90 km/h on the Expressway, i felt this sharp pain followed by an ultra itch sensation.Yes.While riding the bike.Clad in normal long sleeve shirt. What the heck could it be? i thought to myself.There i was frantically scratching my left neck, the spot hidden by the collar, with my gloves.Swaying a lil to the left n right.Took the left lane, slowed down the bike, and tried to maintain course but feeling my neck at the same time.

Was it a bee? or some creepy crawler, whose flight is at almost the same speed? Avoiding the vehicles on the expressway?. Just my luck.Nevermind.I thought it might have flown somewhere else into oblivion.After few minutes, i felt the same burning itch at my left ribcage.It mustave dropped in my freakin shirt.And AGAIN on my left elbow.Mind u, i shouted as i was riding, hoping to reach my stop soon n avoid any unwanted peril.With my left hand still on the throttle, i crumpled my shirt with the other hand.Macam orang gila.Hoping to kill whatever alienoid that was in my shirt.

Got back. The pain n itch subsided. But theres some swellin and redness at the bite. 1 at the neck and arm, and 3 freakin bites on the left ribcage. A lil like a mosquito bite. It happened before once on my right neck. Am i a mark? is there a conspiracy by the extra terrestrial to target me ? Was the government involved? hehe.

People always ask you.What kinda girl you like? what qualities u want in a girl.What are the traits u want in ur partner?

One would easily lists the attributes and traits of the significant other that they crave for.Mostly are superficial.They want tall, long hair, fair, muscular etc.Others claim all of the above arent essential and fancy someone kind, soft spoken, gentlemen, understanding etc.

Let me ask u, those especially who got married.Are you married to the dream partner u specified in ur head a long time ago? i doubt so.He/she could be present in the immaculate time of ur life; ready to consummate to the marriage state,he/she could be the best person around, no one else.Or it could also simply means that u were high-school sweethearts and soo accustomed to one another that you couldn see urself gettin married to no other.Unless of course u were given the massive pool of mates from the sphere and were given the ultimate choice of ur partner.Then again, u will not find one.Instead u will find the BEST one available, the one that matched the closest to ur requirements.

Elementary speaking, you can never find that perfect partner u were lookin for.Sorry if this post seems predictable, but people i know some people out and about who never fail to look out for that perfect one. They might find someone physically alluring, but find out more about him/her and u will find dat they didnt meet the criteria.

All work and No play...

...makes moe no time to blog.I dont blog at weekends usually.The PC in the hall is kinda like slow.The only goodstuff PC is in my room, but i dont have any wireless routers so only the slowmoejoe pc at the living room can access the internet.Sucky.

The other alternative is only to bring the HP Compaq nc4400 laptop i got from school home on weekends.That would mean i have extra load to carry.Pemalas suar.

Well lotsa things happened. Last Thurs we had a majlis tutup gelanggang and i passed my test there and then(phew~).Fri i had the school's teachers day dinner at Bt Batok CSC.Sat and Sun is the chalet at Changi.Cool.3 rooms on top, small living room and small dining room below..and of course the kitchen.Guests were mainly outside.Not to many though this time.As usual the three Birthday Babies brought some of our invitees.Cheers to all the guys n babes who made it happen.Quite some of them didnt turn up after promising they will though! Now its the school holidays, i have loads of courses to conduct for students and staff.Its puasaing next week.oh.Mixed emotions.Syahdu jugak biler fikir bulan posa.

Oompa Loompa

This was a post i was suppose to publish like last week.

On Sat night(19th Aug) while tryin to top up petrol at Tampines Shell, my freakin keys got stuck at the fuel tank keyhole and broke in two! Freak. Half of the key was still in the keyhole.
Few days prior i can see a crack at the same spot.When i moved it gently i can see that it would break sooner or later.I didnt expected it to break so soon.Damnit.Sat night.My bike shop closes on sundays.So i had to wait till monday to get the extra keys they usually keep at the bikeshop i bought from.And i hafta leave my bike at tamp from sat till mon.Darn
Called dad on dat sat night, came over, and Mr Fixit/Mr Handyman managed to get the other half of the key dat was stucked in the keyhole out.Unfortunately i dont inherit that handyman trait from him.
The freakin keys costs abt 60 plus dollars at Boon Siew.To cut the key, i neen another extra 20 bucks.Hell no.I went to another key cutting kiosk for just 3 bucks.Such a hassle.Need to to and fro about 3 times for Boon Siew Honda to finalise n check the system.

Oh in case ure wonderin my keys has some sensor coz it has a HISS system on the bike.

Eym Arr Tee

For two consecutive days, it started to rain as soon as i stepped out of my front door.and i mean that literally.On Thurs i waited abt 1/2 and hour, left with the bike, started to rain again, waited under the flyover near mandai, and was stuck there for like another hour.Damn.Today, i waited abt 30 mins again, but left and took the train.

It took me abt a freakin hr to reach the workplace, whereas its only abt 20 mins on the bike.Thats the reason why people with their own transport dislike the public one.Well, today i thought what the heck i dont wanna be wet coz i left my raincoat in the office on the first day, and i dont wanna be waitin under no bridge or flyover and wait for cars or lorries to speed by and get splashed by the puddle of rain. Bloody drivers.I thought it would be a nice ride on the train, and observe the people around...babes included..(none on that trainride though).Its been years since ive been on a train.

I hate it when people invade my private space at public rides.Trains especially coz we sit donw and face each other.You feel annoyed,irritated when u get the looks from people.Was there somethin wrong with my hair? Pimples grew at places i didnt see? Some shit in between the eyes? Spider legs at the nostrils? what?.A battle of stares soon ensues.Sometimes w/o knowing it, you are looking at someone for too long(either in fascination,admiration or disgust), that you seemed to be staring at him/her.You will only realise when the subject stared back at you.Why? you are invading his space, his personal area.

By taking public transport you also get to see the latest craze/trends nowadays.Hippest shoes, jeans, handphones.I once bought this sandals, thinkin no one have really used it before, only to be told by my friends that wat i was wearing is like old stuff.Old fashion.Dang.

It rained the whole day today.now is like 4:15 in cck and it looked like its gonna rain again.I reckoned it only stopped for like few hrs in the afternoon here.Dunno about elsewhere though.

IT was a great bday spent with my gf.spend the night b4 with her too.Gave me my present.Was surprised she gave me dat.! Happy!.Spent my sis's bday with the family at Royal PLaza on Scotts ....ate till boncet!..watched fireworks too!....Happy bday Sister and singapore!

August Babies

Didnt know that a number of my cousins/relatives were born in August.Mines coming on Wednesday.Not much for me other than spendin with the girlfriend. Would be very happy if i dont get anythin at all but get to spend time with her.

The best time to be a woman is during ur birthday.Guys dont get birthday presents as much as girls do.Girls get presents from colleagues,parents,boyfriends,husbands,cousins,old sec skool mates,admireres,employers,neighbours,students,suitors,customers..so on and so forth.They get flowers,cups,bears,cards etc(its not dat i want any of those).For guys, we get from.....our partner(assuming we have one).Thats it.If we happen to be so good looking and popular, then only we will get it from the string of admirers.

And i think its easier to get a present for a girl than for a guy.Coz theres more things available n used by them.Lets wait n see how much presents i get on my coming birthday.(This is NOT an attempt by the writer to trigger a reverse psychological reaction to the viewers to buy more gifts for him)

RP

I went to Republic Poly's open house yesterday together with the HODS,VP and P of my school.I must admit the only thing i knew about RP is that they aint got no exams.And i never even saw the school.

Once i reached the school i saw this HUGE carpark which is like twice the size of a multistorey carpark.I belief its being underused.Why the heck do they have so big a carpark and they also have a big open space carpark beside it? It was like a shopping centre.Once inside we were greeted by usherers every 10 metres leading us to the forum.There, loads of RP Managers, Facilitators and representatives talked,explained and introduced to us about themselves and how the school operates.They are a PBL system and its proven to work.Different traditional methods of teaching n learning.n i found out that the facilitators have loads more work to do everyday.All n all, the facilitators,representatives n managers are educated,friendly n articulate bunch of people and i was pleased with their hospitality.

RP's a good choice for students who wants a new enviroment n system.. which works.

Live Life

Life is like a wheel...sumtimes ure up..sumtimes ure down.Its like tides..sumtimes its high n sumtimes its low.You maybe poor or struggling to make ends meet,but who knows that you will make it in the future...just hafta work for it.You may also be blessed and get everythin u want now...but make sure u wont be complacent and take things for granted, be sure to continue working for success.

Whatever you have now, might be gone tomorrow.Such is the fact of life.All things in this world is temporary.Everything you see here is.Your life on earth is temporary.Nothing in this world last forever.Nothing.For only He lasts forever.Eternity will come afterwards.Thats were we will live forever...either up there or down there.Well..everyone needs to be reminded.Even if we know somethin we will tend to forget it.Humans are forgetful and impatient.Everyone needs reminding.
My good friend lost his income in life which supports him, his wife and kid.Initially he was retrenched from work.Undaunted, he opened up a shop to sell food.Just recently his shop was seized due to some reasons.

Tried my best to help him, coz he is a dear friend and helped me in times of my need.It will be up to him to move forward and continue to strive and survive.Imagine losing your job, your house or even your love ones.You will only miss something when it is gone.If you took it for granted while it was available, it will be too late to regret when its gone.

Do you know that if the location of the earth is few centis nearer to sun then it will scorch our planet and few centis away and it will freeze?We are exactly within than narrow spectrum.The earth's angle of tilt is also a massive factor in sustaining life as it helps maintain the balance.Any angle more or less will make the temperature difference between the poles and equator rise considerably and thus end the lives of many.The different land forms on earth also helps maintain this temp balance as again the diff in temp between the poles n equator will cause devastating winds n storms across the land.

The Van Allen belt, the layer at the atmosphere of the earth, as a result of the earth's magnetic field(the fields gettin weaker u know)shields us from harmful rays,solar winds and solar bursts from the sun(will make life impossible on earth).
The earth's atmosphere that surrounds it also melts meteors and destroys it.Thus saving the earth n its inhabitants.It also filters out the harmful rays from space, allowing only ultra-violet, radio waves and the sun's visible light.All of which are essential to life.Do you know that the temperature in space is like -270 degrees? Thanks to this atmosphere we are all not freezed to death.

Heard of people having some sort of "pendamping"? Some people might say its syirik or kurafat.Well, theres a fine line about it.

Some people search for places or gurus to acquire these pendampings while some people inherit it through hereditary means.As you should know, jinns n syaitans do exists and we cant see them.Souls or rohs cant be seen either(certain individuals can though).Some pendampings can be jinns, but some are souls of the long dead too.I know its somethin quite complicated or quite difficult to digest by the normal mind that one can befriend these unseen beings.Oftentimes, these beings are there to help the individuals..but others choose to use their help to perform evil deeds.God forgive them.Then comes the issue of syirik.If he or she belief in that thing entirely instead of God, obviously he becomes syirik becoz he belief in seeking something other than Him.Never use "perantaraan" to ask for help.e.g., by askin that thing for something instead of asking God Himself.However,as i belief, you can ask that thing(provided he is not an evil one)for help BUT with the will of God(dgn izinNya).

So you see, despicable human beings can send "barangs" to their target, and to do that they use these unseen things, usually jinns.Or they could want to know more about you, and all they need is too task these jinns to follow and find out more about u or what are u doing.Scarry right? Something following you and observing what you are doing.

The best option is, well not to have any of these.Lets say some souls of individuals who lived generations before you e.g. Puteri Gunung Ledang or Some Hulubalang Malacca reveals themselves to you, befriending you.Yes it may benefit you alot but these things comes with a price, for e.g. you hafta be clean at all times or cant do these or that or even somethin greater.Kinda like spiderman.With great power comes great responsibility.Everything comes with a price whether you know it or not

Addicted to you

Ive been using it since i was still very young n naive.Unknown to me about its greatness and marvellousness, i just took it,swallowed it and little did i realise, im addicted to it.Right here right now.I really do.Never admitted it to any one.Albeit the addiction,i never stopped.I crave for it.All my life.Without realising it, i had already taken more doses than i should everyday.

Someone very dear to me introduced me to this very early on.Most of the times, i added ice to make it taste good, other times, i would simply heat it up and slurp it right there and then.My mum understands my addiction.In fact she makes it for me once here and there.

Yes...im addicted to Milo.Now with combination of B Vitamins & Magnesium.Im not a coffee drinker.Im a milo drinker.Till i grow old.A lil odd u might say.Top it up with the no chilli diet.

There i was laughin with my IT department colleagues.Kepala Hotak..Its LIGHTNING goddamnit.So it seems theres a lot of lightning attacks in Bukit Batok area...is it? When the announcement was heard thru the school's PA system i could still see that the sky is clear.After abt 10-15 mins, it got dark.Fair enough.We have a pelat-but-able-to-pledict-the-weather announcer.

Everyone in my department got to play with new palmtops from Asus and HP.We are suppose to test and use it b4 proceeding with the proposal.How cool.This sudden urge to own one.

Lemme clear my throat

As always, when u are teaching somethin to someone or some group of people, you throat n tongue go dry.Make that teaching for at least an hour.How i'd always wish i always have a bottle of water beside me and little did i realise that that is the exact wish i'd wish for everytime i conduct courses.Coz i will forget.

Remember in your secondary school days u get scolded by teachers in class or lab when u werent listening n was doin somethin else, or reprimanded for sleepin or dozin off?.Well for your infomation, teachers do the same thing too.

Prolly it was at the late afternoon n everyone was tired? or it could also be the cold blast of the air conditioning in the lab.When i was conducting courses to the teachers and when they have their own terminals, some tend to not listen while doin other things or dozed off or were tryin to hide behind the monitor and catch some ZZZZ.I would normally pretend not to notice if any were sleepin.

Its a norm dont you think? everybody tend to do that.Now my point is, teachers, if you do it then you shld understand why your students feel or do the same thing.So, cut some slack,give it a break,.. you can tell them off, but doesnt mean u hafta scream or punish them.

Back Ache

It happened like 2 years ago.Was during the time where i regularly go to the gym at yishun stadium with my buddy Hafiz.

While bench pressing the incline chair i was struggling to pump it with his help.Guess i was lifting too much than wat i cld handle.Or mebbe i got the positioning or prolly the breathing wrong? could be the latter.Aint got no clue.U feel great after a gym session.Especially when ur muscles bulging after one and u feel the clothes that ure clad in seemed tight.Your confidence soar.You feel Good.I was meatier back then..not animore though.

After that particular gym session everythin seems fine.The norm is my body will feel sore after 1 day.i remembered i was pushin for the upper and the middle chest during the workout.A day after that, my lower back was aching.I cant stay in one position for too long.Cant sit for too long cant stand for too long cant sleep in a position for too long.I feel like the muscle or the nerves or somethin were goin mambo jumbo.I feel it when im riding my bike.God knows how i felt a day or two after the gym workout.Went for a massage.Felt ok..subsided for a lil.But there was a lotta relapse.Till today i still feel it once in a while.Do i need to see a Chiropractioner or whatever u call them? or get some acupunture or somethin? Dang.Didnt go to the gym ever since.

Prolly will get some pros to massage my lower back lah.

U know sometimes when u have this impression of somethin then it actually turn out to be not so bad?

I had this impression that HQ is gonna be tough,people there are gonna be stuck up or too bz to socialize n ure gonna be exploited or given a 2 man's job.

Well its all good man.People here are friendly..they chat up with u,chio u for breaks n invite u in their cars for lunches.U go lunch to far away places like Vivo,lunch can be more than an hr.Breaks can go to an hr too.Then u smoke more coz people chio u every now and then.Then the distances far and the traffics jammed.And makes the journey long and hence the petrol more.And the working hrs longer too..till 6.

but its all good. Now in a new school in CCK, with a new post...and hopefully a higher pay.Its all good.

Darn...im only goin back to hq next tue.My replacement cant make it till then.Good thing i didnt tell everyone that im leaving.I thought i just wanna do it quietly.Coz if i did, then it wouldnt be somethin graceful.Or whatever else u wanna call it.

Does this ever happen to you?You had a huge bruha about your leavin.(Be it work or overseas etc)You tell everyone.Everyone gives u farewell gifts,say their final goodbyes.Tears collected n dropped.Everyone knows that you are leavin.You look forward to it even though u r sad at the same time.

Then..for unforseen circumstances, you wont be leavin...or cant for that matter.What the heck? Potong Steam...Malu..u have to tell everyone the reason why u r not leavin..or mebbe not yet.Which reminds me of another issue..if you see the same group of friends or colleagues everyday n some hot news happens, every single one of them will wanna know and tend to ask u when they do meet you.Initially its ok to explain but as the count grows, you get tired and wished you can just write it on a piece of paper,zap lots of it, and just give to whomever who asks.End of Story.

Today i learn about someone who, seems very friendly and concern n caring to be...well..a bastard.

Which reminds me no one..and i mean NO ONE IS perfect.He or she maybe super beautiful,perfect facial features, or straight silky hair or flawless complexion..and could be a bimbo or someone with not as sharp as an average shld be.Hell you could be unattractive...big lips, bad breath or crooked teeth..and be the most sincerely caring person...someone who hold no grudges.No one is perfect..he maybe good at this thingy and sucks at another.The same goes character-wise.He maybe a bad-tempered dude,but is very forgiving for that matter.God is fair indeed.Theres a reason for this. Only He is the most supreme being.

Then u begin to wonder.Is it ok to trust people around you? i know not everyone can be trusted..but do u freakin know who can or cant be? Coz if u do trust em n they turn out on the contrary,thats it for u man.

Me, i will just listen in respect initially..but when he just go on and on i will tend to keep quiet....i hate people who cant stop talkin...they should know when to talk and when not to talk.I tend not to talk much with these kinda peeps.Well...i would really see the situation though.i mean u cant keep quiet if ure in a group havin fun or talkin abt things or if ure on a date rite..

Now back to the old Ma's n Pa's...what if u came across the same type of chatterbox but an old one.Im a friendly chap who will have a short chat with the Security Guards at my workplace(who keep changing),or with the teachers at school, with the makciks in my office,with the parents of the pesilat at gelanggang...u know..u hafta be friendly esp at the latter..its a requirement.Then u start chattin and this old man will not stop tellin bout his life.Initially you smile and follow up his stories with "oh","uhuh" and stuff ...then ur smile starts gettin weak and u didnt follow up with your "oh"s and "uhuh"s..and in ur heart u started sayin,"When the heck is he gonna stop? im gonna hafta find an excuse to leave"

I encountered tis dozens of times.If i really have the time then, boh pien lor just follow suit but if not,i'll just keep it short n simple.

Its a disease.You become to take things for granted.You thought you become powerful.You then think youre becumin invincible.You manage to get away with it initially.You liked it the first time.You begin to do it all the time...and you dont want it to stop.

I am always late for work.Godamnit.Like Sam Rockette says.It IS a disease.Well..use to lah.Today was late again.Or was it becoz i was ready to deliver the excuse dat it was rainin.Indeed it was.Thank god it did.Coz i stayed up late for the Champions Cup Semis.Even though i dont fancy those teams,i reckon it was good to get some idea on which team will go thru to meet Man U.Or at least thats wat i would wanna see.
During the first few mths i was always on time when comin to werk.Mths after..you already know wat started to happen.Well nowadays i am not as late.Most of the times when i was i didnt really get caught.Skarang nak kena jaga pantat beb.After couple of weeks of good record, today i was late...rainin lah!.Speakin of which,some days it was so freakin hot whilst somedays it rained.Other days it'll be so hot and soon after it will start to rain.So unpredictable..ermm...come to think of it...its not really....heck! its either Rain or Shine here in S'pore!Choose one!

Why we cant eat pork

Ever had non-moslems coming to you and ask why in the world u moslems cant eat pork? For those of you who dunno,read up, understand and start explainin them.

Now we all know how a pig behaves,how lazy it is,filthy it is,how it shares its mate with other males..but what im gonna discuss here is more from the health aspects of it.First of all,its written in the quran that we can only eat pork if we were forced,or if there are no other animals in the world...but only in small quantities.Eating pork is harmful to our health in alot of ways.Even if the farm or the rearing place of the pig is clean,the pig itself is a very filthy animal,not clean in nature, that it plays with or even eat its own shit.Becoz of this and the very biological stucture of the pig, the body produce higher levels or antibodies and growth hormones when compared to other animals or human beings.It is thus collected in the muscle tissues.It also high in cholestrol.All these factors contribute to a serious threat to our health.

Tests conducted in the US and Germany where the eatin of pork is relatively high,shows that individuals fed with growth hormones n cholesterol after a result of a pork diet developed excessive weight problems.

The harmful effects of eatin pork are written in the holy book 1400 years ago..only quite recently did science went the extra length to find out the harmfull effects of eatin pork.

One passion in life dat i have is..as some of u know...silat.No doubt i started late in life...only abt 17,18 liddat,i dreamt of being a silat exponent ever since i was like a boy.Friends and cousins alike knows that when we were together playin,we have playfights of what? silat of course.There are hundreds of silat schools(perguruan) in singapore alone.Roughly only less than a hundred are registered under the PERSISI(singapore silat federation).Different perguruans have different styles of combat,practices and grading system.Those registered ones get to actually train in RCs or CCs...but unregistered ones...well...they practice illegally at home.

I have personally encountered eerie,mysterious,unexplanied,mind boggling experiences...heard of it as much too.Skeptics ask me....what is silat? i would like to explain that it is a way of LIFE...not just an art of malay self defence..silat goes beyond dat.Mind,spirit,soul and physique(is dat how u spell it?) alike, everythin should be able to be taught by ur guru.Then comes the question of batin.If ur opponent in battle is skilled in batin and ure practically inept,ur challenge might just be futile.
I shld let u know that,not all gurus will teach u the proper batin,meaning they might teach u somethin syirik(beliefs anythin else other than god).They might go astray,just like some ustaz do mind u.Its somethin only YOU can decide when u wanna immerse urself in ilmu kebatinan.Should u have the proper basis of religion,you should be able to differentiate bet right n wrong.so please leave once u find any instances of syirikness.Easier said than done i know,coz humans have a tendency to be awed by things of the unknown,or things out of the ordinary.

One example i might wanna share is tis.Some guru gives u a bottle of jampi water.Drink it.Say ur prayers.and u WILL PASS UR DRIVIN TEST.....So is this against the religion?.Now another instance..the same guru gives u a perfume...he says..wear it to the test...and INSYALLAH U WILL PASS UR DRIVIN TEST.....how bout tis one then? which one is wrong?

Antioxidants

Just what the heck is antioxidants?

For those who dont have a clue...Ever seen an apple when sliced and left unattended turns brown..and also metals rust? this is the oxidation process.Oxidation slowly damage the cells n tissues in our bodies.

Now in our bodies ,there are molecules or charged atoms called free radicals,where it will roam around the body,stealing or donatin electrons from cells, and causing damage to the cells at the same time.Our bodies do have the antioxidant defense system,but we can add to it,thus theoretically makin it stronger.Antioxidants acts by neutralizing these free radicals,sources like Vit C,E and beta carotene.
Do you also know that free radicals arise not only from our body.but also outside...its caused by things like the sun,x-ray,smokin,booze.so its quite diff to avoid it...quite impossible actually.

Now somethin to ponder,Swallowin those antioxidant pills may not neccessarilly make u look younger or slow the aging effects,infact, it may not be good after all if taken in large doses.Studies have shown dat extra doses of antioxidants make actually have a toxic effect to the body,causin the body to be sick,developin health problems.Logically tho, u shld only take small doses...go figure.

Knowin Islam

There are many tarikats or rather branches in Islam.Locally, there are over 70 recorded tarikats. Worldwide, the more common ones u heard are the Shiites,Sufi and the most common Sunni group.They can be found all over the world,but more commonly known, shiites are mainly found in Middle East;Lebanon,Iraq,Syria,Turkey and mostly in Iran.Sufis are a lil lesser known but could be found from Indonesia to Senegal.There are also lesser known sects in the world which i will not mention here.

The Sunnis are the Ahli Sunnah Wal Jammah,which is the only denomination that is right,adhering to the rules( beliefs,practices and laws by Islam) spread by the prophet Muhammad,his sunnah and the Holy Quran.We (notice the word we) recognize four major mazhabs; Hambali,Hanafi,Maliki and Shafi'e.

The Shiites appeared soon after the appointment of 1st caliph of Islam(Abu Bakar) after the death of Prophet Muhammad.They disagreed with this as they belief only the bloodline of the prophet, which at the only time is his daughter Fatimah and her husband Ali(or the people of the prophet's hse),to be the best source of knowledge of Quran and Islam and only their bloodline can continue the caliphate.

I know lesser of Sufism but based on a debated article in Wikipedia, Sufism is:
Sufism is a mystic tradition that found a home in Islam and encompasses a diverse range of beliefs and practices dedicated to Allah, divine love and the cultivation of the heart.
"Sufism" has been defined as a type of knowledge by the great Muslim Sufi masters. Shaykh Ahmad Zarruq, a 14th century Sufi who wrote "The Principles of Sufism" defined Sufism as, "a science whose objective is the reparation of the heart and turning it away from all else but God.” Ibn 'Ajiba, one of the best known Sufi masters defined Sufism as "a science through which one can know how to travel into the presence of the Divine, purify one’s inward from filth and beautify it with a variety of praiseworthy traits."Sufism is a mystic tradition that found a home in Islam and encompasses a diverse range of beliefs and practices dedicated to Allah, divine love and the cultivation of the heart.

Its been ages since i posted anythin...kinda forgotton i even have a blog...call me boring,but heres an interesting fact.

Do you ever wondered how big the universe is? Let me tell ya somethin....its SUPA HUGE!
For all of you who dont know this.Earth is a part of the Solar System,which consists of 9 planets,the medium size star (aka as the sun),together with a whole countless number of asteroids is located in the Milky Way....u know, the name of our galaxy.

There are billions of stars in the Milky Way and the nearest is called Alpha Centauri,which by the way is located like hundreds of thousands of kilometers away.

There are billions of galaxies in the universe.Every big galaxy can have like billions of stars and every small galaxies can have like millions of stars.

Now the furthest planet in our Solar system is Pluto..and to GET there takes you like years and years and years n years..imagine goin to another galaxy..that will take LIGHT YEARS away.

Did i mention dat the universe is expanding at a constantly slow rate?.Ok..cool...now it gets bigger....Now turn the clock back billions of years ago..logically it should start from somethin rite? a small dot perhaps? Imagine the universe being created from a small dot,bursting into somethin..This is what scientists called The Big Bang Theory..we only found out about this like decades ago...
