Back Ache

It happened like 2 years ago.Was during the time where i regularly go to the gym at yishun stadium with my buddy Hafiz.

While bench pressing the incline chair i was struggling to pump it with his help.Guess i was lifting too much than wat i cld handle.Or mebbe i got the positioning or prolly the breathing wrong? could be the latter.Aint got no clue.U feel great after a gym session.Especially when ur muscles bulging after one and u feel the clothes that ure clad in seemed tight.Your confidence soar.You feel Good.I was meatier back then..not animore though.

After that particular gym session everythin seems fine.The norm is my body will feel sore after 1 day.i remembered i was pushin for the upper and the middle chest during the workout.A day after that, my lower back was aching.I cant stay in one position for too long.Cant sit for too long cant stand for too long cant sleep in a position for too long.I feel like the muscle or the nerves or somethin were goin mambo jumbo.I feel it when im riding my bike.God knows how i felt a day or two after the gym workout.Went for a massage.Felt ok..subsided for a lil.But there was a lotta relapse.Till today i still feel it once in a while.Do i need to see a Chiropractioner or whatever u call them? or get some acupunture or somethin? Dang.Didnt go to the gym ever since.

Prolly will get some pros to massage my lower back lah.

The origins of The Silver Surfer

Before you embark on the viewing of Fantastic Four in the week to come,heres a short history of the origins of The Silver Surfer.

In a galaxy far far away lies the planet of Zenn-Lar,where humans and humanoid creatures and alien beings live together in peace n harmony at their tranquil and dense planet,live a young and married man named Noren Rad(Im not sure if thats how u spell his name).The planet is taught by The Master,a scholar who shares his way of living and non violence and endurance and tolerance paralleled with an acute mind control.
Out in space,lives a massive and supreme being,arguably the strongest in the universe named Galactus.His size alone is 10 times the size of a man and resides in a spacecraft thats so immense that its size alone is half the size of a normal planet.In order to sustain his great power, a being like galactus needs to obtain vast amount of energy and life.To maintain this,Galactus constantly needs to find planets(esp with many lifeforce)and absorb their power.When he does this,the planet along with its inhabitants will die.A lot of enemies was made due to his constant craving and effect of his power draw.
One day Galactus found the planet of Zenn-lar,where our hero lives.He loves the planet considering the vast amount of energy level due to the different kins and species of beings living in it.Noren Rad,leaving his beloved wife,master and fellow kins,met up with Galactus to bargain for the life of his own planet.Noren promised to serve Galactus find planets and satisfy his needs (but in his heart he will only look for creature-less planets).The mighty Galactus agreed and bestow upon him a fraction of his cosmic powers and turn him to The Silver Surfer,destined to serve Galactus forever.Little did the now Silver Surfer realise that while Galactus gave him immense cosmic powers,which allowed him great strength and flight and power to transmute,Galactus took all his memory as well.
The silver surfer with the help of his powerful mind and soul manage to remember all his memories and after some time,stopped providing for Galactus, now is on the mission to find his planet Zenn-lar(which Galactus has thrown into oblivion after angered by Silver Surfer's refusal to serve)and unite with his beloved wife.

The company im workin for , Asknlearn Pte Ltd is the partner with IAH Games to launch it in Singapore, and also to Singapore schools.Yes.Singapore schools.Thats Secondary and primay essey.Why? coz a lot of elements like videography, machinima, cameratography,visual art can be taught,incoporating virtues like teamwork to be taught with subjects like English and Art.Surprised? dont be.Yes we dont have this kinda gaming technology during our time.(or my time for that matter)but how can we wish we did.This game also drives the value of National Education coz the storyline is quite similar to Sang Nila Utama exploring S'pore though with a totally different setting and background(they are set at the european middle ages)

Lotsa schools have already signup for the package and wanting to know more about GE and integrating it with their syllabus.Theres are some too who reject this idea citing addiction to the youths upbringing.You cant stop gaming from our youths, why not join BUT control them? U know sometimes when u have this impression of somethin then it actually turn out to be not so bad?

I had this impression that HQ is gonna be tough,people there are gonna be stuck up or too bz to socialize n ure gonna be exploited or given a 2 man's job.

Well its all good man.People here are friendly..they chat up with u,chio u for breaks n invite u in their cars for lunches.U go lunch to far away places like Vivo,lunch can be more than an hr.Breaks can go to an hr too.Then u smoke more coz people chio u every now and then.Then the distances far and the traffics jammed.And makes the journey long and hence the petrol more.And the working hrs longer too..till 6.

but its all good. Now in a new school in CCK, with a new post...and hopefully a higher pay.Its all good.
