Do you know?

Do you know that the nearest star which is at the OUTSIDE of our Milky way is abt 200 trillion miles away? U know Americans...they need to use miles,feet,inches,pounds..they HAVE to be different from the rest of the world.Ok.A mile is abt 1.6 km.So u count how many kilometers that is.
With the fastest craft the world have right now, it will take abt 17000 years to reach the nearest star!17000 years ago man was living in caves.Eeehoh!

Point is....we will NEVER reach there.

Earth's Magnetic Field

Couple of mths ago i came across a documentary at Discovery Channel which intrigues me to the core.Unlike the earth's core which is molten metal lava, this documentary really got me thinkin.Yeah i know they all say the world is gonna end but..u know...it really is!Pardon me but i cant really remember the technical terms used in the doc.

Now, the earth's magnetic energy acts as a shield,deflected harmful cosmic rays and solar winds,which without it,will cause unbalanced atmospheres,weathers and cancer will be widespread.It travels at an outer motion from north pole to the south.Thing is,this shield we have is depleting....fast!.Abt 500 AD,(im just roundin off here),the magnetic strength is double dat of today.From the layers of sediments or cooled molten rock,scientist have found out the field even changed directions. i.e. north can be south-vice versa .Now imagine that! everythin is bonkers.

What would you do if u wake up and see the arrow on ur compass pointin at South or elsewhere for that matter.Dat would really mean the end is near.

Watched Late Night Show with David Letterman before rite? Its been a while since that show was screened here.Ive always liked Letterman, despite his ugly looks, he is a witty sunofagan and i especially liked the 'Top Ten Reasons' list.Enjoyable.

Well guess hes retired n became some big shot in the shows production or who knows mebbe even in CBS.Now hes got someone werkin for him.Well replacin him as the host actually.Craig Ferguson.Helluva chap.Immensely hilarious and slapstick too.He is more of a comedian i'd say.It certainly works for the show.Reminds me of Rowan Atkinson.Well Craig is a scott.U can tell by his accent.Dont get me wrong i lurve this guy.Seems like hes very likeable but underrated..Ive only watched him from youtube though. I spent one day searchin n viewin his videos coz there are loads of them
