Ever thought of how you'll be like when u grow old? With kids n grandkids n all?.Will you be a Super-Bising Grandpa/ma where you will whine all the time? or the type that likes to talk to oneself all the time?or become so cynical that you dont trust no one? or have so much experience that u like to talk all the time?
How do you perceive a person your age when he tends to talk alot,tellin us things about his life we NEVER asked.And still he goes on talkin about it to you.Will you be pissed with the lad? Me, i will just listen in respect initially..but when he just go on and on i will tend to keep quiet....i hate people who cant stop talkin...they should know when to talk and when not to talk.I tend not to talk much with these kinda peeps.Well...i would really see the situation though.i mean u cant keep quiet if ure in a group havin fun or talkin abt things or if ure on a date rite..
Now back to the old Ma's n Pa's...what if u came across the same type of chatterbox but an old one.Im a friendly chap who will have a short chat with the Security Guards at my workplace(who keep changing),or with the teachers at school, with the makciks in my office,with the parents of the pesilat at gelanggang...u know..u hafta be friendly esp at the latter..its a requirement.Then u start chattin and this old man will not stop tellin bout his life.Initially you smile and follow up his stories with "oh","uhuh" and stuff ...then ur smile starts gettin weak and u didnt follow up with your "oh"s and "uhuh"s..and in ur heart u started sayin,"When the heck is he gonna stop? im gonna hafta find an excuse to leave"
I encountered tis dozens of times.If i really have the time then, boh pien lor just follow suit but if not,i'll just keep it short n simple.
