Mr Chua is in his 60s, no visible tummy like a a normal 60ish yr old man, still with lotsa hairs(and fully black too) and most predominantly looks like in his late 40s or early 50s.(Not to mention hes equipped with an acid tongue).

One of his secrets, as he said, was only to eat when ure hungry and dont eat till ure full. Which reminds me of the Sunnah Rasul where the prophet said the exact same thing. Mr Chua who is not a moslem, is living proof of how credible the sunnah is.

Thats all i can do now. To smile and laugh till my eyes turn slits, teeths wide apart and my cheeks displayed mah dimples. Coz i have not been updating the blog for months now. Guilty as charged. People need to be pushed sometimes. I guess im one of em. Thanks to stimgam for remindin me to do it.

So many things happened. I cant express it here at one blog i guess. Prolly will jot or rather type em down when i remembered, day by day.Only 1 month left to training and today was fighting fire. I did go through a few days of basic fire-fighting course at CDA few years back, so it was a breeze and nothin compared to that i learned. Well, wat i learn back then isnt comparable to what Civil Defence firefighters went through during their basic training. Someone from my batch got a fractured leg and was forced to join other batches after acquiring 6 weeks of medical leave.We were all jumping down a 1-1 and half storey high slide.Real awkward landing i tell you.Heard her bones cracked.Cryin like hell and suffered from fractured metatarsal and toe.
Saw Stimgas in the training ctr today. He got tanner coz of the trainings he endured.And i guess he really did endured.

Going to my first ever SNY to Seoul on 9th. Oh yes. Man Utd againts Barca at Nou Camp tonight.Danggggg.

Bye Science Park

Its been a while. My last day at work was on Wednesday. Goodbye Science Park. Goodbye School environment. Goodbye Mr Hairi. Hello world.I spent like almost 1 n a half hears with that job. Time for a change.

Went to vivo and saw carina with the hubby today.Few mths back, and i saw bomi too.

Oh i started goin to Johor to top up my petrol. Once when goin back to s'pore at the s'pore side checkpoint, i forgotten to stop over at the m'sian side to chop my passport.There i was, going against the flow of traffic across the causeway to get back at the M'sian counter to get my book stamped.Haha.Vehicles were frantically high beaming and horning me as i passed thru.In the end i made it.Phew.

Reservist

Hi lads. I just got back from my 18 days In Camp Training Reservist with the Police KINs Unit. Got darker. It was fun tho. Reminisces of the NS days where u stay in camp.

We are trained as para-troopers,armed with SMGs like M16 and HKMP5, our duty is mainly to guard Key Installations in Singapore and conduct patrols too. I will be called up every year for a 10 year cycle. Damnit. Well. Im back. Excited, with a new job in the horizon.

Exhausted

So many things have happened this past week or so. Never had i walked a road so intense.

I pushed the face i pushed the body, i pushed down, i knee-ed the belly, i pushed with my leg on the shoulder, i scuffle and break away, i curse and swear, and i splashed the coldest water on the face. God please forgive us. To the victim please forgive us.

Muslim Scholars

Im in awe of the muslim scholars we have in the world today. Known worldwide for their staunch ideas, articulate explanations, composed demeanour, immense knowledge of the quran and hadis and other religious scriptures such as the bible and hindu holy books, and decorated professions.

There are many muslim scholars in the world, a few i would like to mention are the late Sheikh Ahmed Deedat, Harun Yahya and also Dr Zakir Naik. The former and latters knowledge of the Quran and also bible makes them supremely knowledgable. Dr Zakir Naik even came to S'pore in 1998 to give a dawah on "The Common Misconceptions of Islam".

May more such individuals arise and pass their knowledge for the benefit of society.

Damn ERP

On fri nite i was goin back home on my blue machine as i realised there was an active ERP at CTE towards AMK. I only realised a min before dat gantry after reading on the LED message board leading to it. ERP 6:30 - 10:30pm. Goddamnit. It was too little to late for me. My IU Unit was spoilt. It cant read any cashcard. So i had no choice but to just pass and it was like 10pm.
This morning as i was going for a course in Jurong, i took the BKE route and AGAIN there was a gantry sayin ERP 730-9am. and it was like 840pm when i passed. I should have updated myself with all the ERP timings in singapore as there seem to be more and more sproutin up everywhere.
Whatever is the goin on here? With the pretense of curbing the traffic and discouraging motorists not to use the expressways during those stipulated timings but actually they are rerouting those vehicles and causing congestion to other roads instead.I mean people still need to travel or go back from work rite. The traffic conditions might be better as a result but it really is minimal.
Only thing i can do now is wait for the letter for my double whammy and quietly pay the fine. Hope u guys had better luck

Congrats to Shahriel Boboy my cousin whose gettin married tonite.Wish him and yati's marriage to last till death do them part.Happiness be bestowed upon them and also....shahriel, u r gonna have an auntie...if u know what i mean.Yeehah!

Lunch break

I hate to be out without any wax. Cant live without it. Having wavy curly hair, it would go wildd without wax.And i mean hair wax. Today sucks coz theres like a pea-size left of wax inside my Gatsby wax container.So i combed my hair down today. Now dats dat.
